What are we?

Define identity.  What does this word mean to you? - I don't really know what the definition of indentity is.  I believe that everyone has their own personalized definition.  Is there a correct definiton?  I also don't know.  What I do know is what "identity" means to me.  Identity is who we are, what we are, what we like, what we love and what we feel.  Its our personality, our morals, our values, opinions and beliefs.

Who are you? - My name is Kevin Paul Houle.  I am a 17 year old secondary student attending Langley Fine Arts school majoring in writing.  I enjoy literature, theater, visual art and theory.  I consider myself to be a very left wing and open person.  I could be wrong.  However, I have yet to figure out entirely who I am.

What is important to you? - The happiness of my friends and family.  Writing and expressing my feelings.  Hearing other peoples thoughts and opinions.  Thinking.  Loving.

When do you lie? - I lie mostly in situations where I feel awkward, uncomfortable, insecure or guilty.

Are you a hero? - I don't know what it means to be a hero.  I could be I guess.  Probably not.

What is your goal in life? - My ultimate goal in life is to help people in any way possible.

What is the purpose of life? - I have no idea what the purpose of life is.  I don't think anybody does.  In my mind that's what makes life so amazing.  Because we have no idea why we are here.  We just are.

What would you die for? - I would die for a few things.  The biggest one would be for the freedom of people and the freedom of expression.

What do you want people to remember about you when you die? - I would like people to remember me as me.  Who I was, what I felt, how I thought, my morals and values and my personality.  I would like people to remember me as a fairly decent and genuine human being.

Who is your mentor/hero?  Why? - Please don't throw rocks at me for saying this, but Lady Gaga is my ultimate hero/mentor.  I think she is one of the most amazing people in the world.  She stands for freedom, equality, and individuality.  She is not afraid to express her feelings, thoughts and opinions and thats what her music is all about.  She is also a huge activist for the LGBT community.

What kind of father/mother do you want to be? - I don't know if I want children.  Maybe we will see?

Are you an honest person?  How do you know this? - I have no clue.
